Eva Rusch hat in ihrer Serie »Boomtown« eine mögliche Entwicklung des ehemaligen Güterbahnhofs Köln-Mülheim in digitalen Zeichnungen aufgearbeitet. Fotografien von der realen heutigen Situation und die Planungen der Architekt*innen und Stadtplaner*innen bilden die Grundlage ihrer Darstellung. Stadtentwicklung wird mit einem Blick »von unten« visualisiert. Eva Rusch bietet so eine neuartige Weise, Quartiersentwicklung darzustellen. Es entstanden Clips und Editionen.
